Shipping and Delivery in the UK
At Bestseller, we strive to keep the delivery time as short as possible. Therefore, orders are processed in the warehouse within 24 hours on working days.
As soon as your order has left our ware house, you will receive an email notifying you about the shipment and the tracking number. You will then be able to keep a close eye on your shipment until it reaches you.
For JACK&JONES Customized Jeans , the delivery time is 3-4 weeks.

The shipping price is a fixed amount. This means that no matter how many items you choose to purchase, the shipping costs will stay the same. When placing an order at Bestseller online shop, the minimum purchase amount is € 39.90.
HLG will deliver your parcel as quickly as possible. Your parcel will be delivered to your home address. The delivery days are from Monday to Saturday.
If you are not at home and there is no possibility to hand the parcel over to a neighbor, HLG will make a 2nd and 3rd attempt. (in such case, a notification card will be left at your letter box at 1st delivery attempt).
Please note: We are unfortunately not able to deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland, islands or areas with special customs regulations.
