Your MasterCard SecureCode is a code that you by your self are setting up. The code is an extra safety which is ensuring that only you can pay with your code. It has the same function as your PIN code in a physical store.

PO Box Addresses

A post-office box or Post Office box (commonly referred to as a PO Box or a Postal Box) is a uniquely addressable lockable box located on the premises of a post office station.

Prepaid Return Label

You will find this label/sticker at the bottom of the delivery note in your parcel. The prepaid return label functions as a postage stamp with your address already printed on it. When you use this label, you can simply give the parcel to the freight company which will return it to us.

Return code

On the return form, you will find the return codes 1-10. Each code is describing why you are sending the item back. E.g. “1 - The product is too small”

In your parcel, you will receive a return form which you should fill out and enclose if you wish to return an item.

Return Tracking Number

A parcel always receives a tracking number before it is sent. In this way, the sender can follow the parcel from one place to another. Any parcel sent from us will also have a return tracking number which is located on the prepaid return label.
