How to open / close parcel
Delivery: How to open the parcel
- Open the bag by carefully tearing along the dotted line in the bottom of the bag
- Please save bag and return form in case you need to make a return later
Return: How to close the parcel
- Use the bag in which you received your items
- Tear off the prepaid return label from the return form
- Fill out the return form and place it in the bag with the item(s) you wish to return
- Remove the silver colored strip from the bottom of the bag
- Close the bag by folding the bottom piece up 2-3 cm and press the sealing together (no extra tape etc. is needed)
- NB: If the bottom piece is folded higher than 2-3 cm from the bottom, the bag will not be sealed tightly
- Stick the prepaid return label on the bag and deliver the return parcel to a KIALA point in your area
- The return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. For more info, click here
