Our Customer Service closes at 15.00 Thursday 2 April 2015 for the countries: Belgium, France, UK and Spain. The following countries are unfortunately closed: Austria, Ireland, Italy and Finland.
You are always welcome to send us an email and we will respond as soon as possible.

On Friday 3 April and Monday 6 April 2015 Customer Service will be closed for all countries. No parcels will be shipped from the warehouse on these dates.

Shipping and Delivery in Austria


Shipping Costs: €3.95 - free shipping if the order amount is over €80.00

Delivery time: 3-4 working days

Delivery service: Hermes

Minimum amount: € 39.90


The shipping price is a fixed amount. This means that no matter how many items you choose to purchase, the shipping costs will stay the same. 

The processing of your order requires your legal age.

For Hermes being able to contact you in case of any questions, it is important that you inform us about your mobile number when you put your order data in.

Hermes delivers Monday - Saturday 8am - 8pm

For orders with Klarna invoice it is possible to choose a different delivery address.



As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the parcel until it reaches you.


When you are not at home

If you are not at home and there is no possibility to hand the parcel over to a neighbor, the parcel will be stored at a post office close to your address for a maximum period of 21 days (a notification card will be left at your letter box).

If you can not pick up the parcel during this period, it will be sent back to our warehouse. This is an automatic process which cannot be influenced by us.


Delivery exceptions

We are unfortunately not able to deliver to islands or areas with special customs regulations.
